Computer Use Clarification

As per RC:

Adults who use computers in CPSD (e.g. Family Computer Room) will be treated the same as they are in the Adult Department. In other words, they will get only 4 free copies (not the 10 we give children). In addition, if they owe $25 or more on their card, they will not be allowed on -- no ifs, ands or buts. Since we don't have Cybrary-N, however, we will have to monitor this manually.I imagine that we will find that a number of adults have become savvy to the fact that they can get served in CPSD when they can't in Adult, andthey're bound to be unhappy about this change.
